Wow!
This app is great. The app it self is organized and visually appealing. You can do a short exercise ( around 8 minutes) or do a weekly program. All of which you can customize. Dont like one exercise? Swap it with another. It has a vocal coach that keeps you going. I would suggest this app to anyone. :)
THIS APP IS GREAt !!
This app is really good it gives you a list of workouts you need to do for the day and its only like min. Ive been doing this for a month and now Im starting to see my abss!!
Great App
Not really one for fitness training but the ease of use and clarity make it easy for a super couch surfer like me to get fit! All I can say is if I can do it then so can you!!!!

This app is awesome! It pretty much coaches you how to do the workout. I live the QuickStart option because you get a set workout plan and you can tweek it to hit those problem areas. Spring break here i come ;)
